IRCF

The manufacturing process for image sensor filters, IR cut-off filters consists of deposition, printing, dicing and inspection processes. Filters are depositioned repeatedly with high refractive index and low refractive index material, and reducing residual stress and crack on the thin films to ensure reliability and yield of optical devices.
In particular, as for the image sensor filters, these are strictly managed the inflow of fine dust from external  in the manufacturing stage, also have automated high speed AVI(automatic visual inspection) system that can strictly inspect fine dust and defect smaller than 10μm.
